I am 3 weeks post op..I never feel full and feel that I am overeating... I am always hungry and can basically eat anything I try..not back to Dr till one more week..dont want to stretch pouch ..any ideas?? also have hard time eating slow cuz I am starved...Protein shakes and I do not get along well..severe gas and feel sick with them...

oh my that gas pain was right up there with childbirth..I couldnt even sit..keep up on pain meds at night..I only took mine at night after first 3 days..helped me to sleep...hang in there

My pre surgical class instructor told us to eat every 2 hours post op...how long should I do this..anyone else do this??

me too..down 15 surgery was Feb 10th...crave salt..pickles and havent lost anymore since 1 week check up..

I am 10 days post op..after Dr released me from liquid diet to fork mashable soft bariatric..I don't feel full..I eat small portions and stop myself but wonder if i am eating too little or too much...help!!!
