    Whole 30

It's definitely not an easy thing, and it's a lot easier to let life get in the way. I'm lucky because my husband will usually do it with me, so having that support makes it easier. But I can totally understand having a hard time figuring out how to do it with a fill. I just started mushy foods today and I really want to stay low carb, but I'm having such a hard time figuring what that actually is. All I think of is yogurt and cream of wheat, cream Soups and oatmeal. But today I settled for cottage cheese and I mashed up some avocado and fresh crab. So far so good. I think once I'm used to life with my band I will try it again. Good luck when you try again. I think the most important thing is to plan for it. I love the recipes on NomNomPaleo. Everything I have tried on there has been awesome. So try to plan your whole 30 days of meals. Read the forums on the whole30 website, spend some time before you start cooking your food for the week. That makes it so much easier. It's also ok to eat out, you can go to chipotle and have a salad with the pork carnitas, salsa and guacamole. Just some ideas.

    Whole 30

I've done it a couple times before I got banded. I felt great when I did it. The first time I did 45 days and the second time I couldn't keep myself committed to it. I just got banded last week, so once I'm eating again I'm going to do again and hopefully I will do better. Did you start on the first? How are you doing with it? By now you should be feeling good.
