I was sleeved on Feb 23rd. I am down 30lbs so far. Doing good with getting the protein in but the liquid I have been short

When is it safe to try alcohol after having the sleeve surgery?

Has anyone heard or asked about why sugar alcohols and hard sugar free candy is bad? I am just wondering

Thank you for the advice. I am trying to get a menu of things I can eat together and I have found it difficult with measuring everything just to eat. Mayo is gluten free. I am scared with trying new things because I have heard horror stories of the dumping syndrome.

Does anyone one else have Celiac Sprue? I am about to start my 6 weeks of soft/ground foods and they call for a lot of foods that have gluten in it. Any suggestions? I am looking for Gluten free pita but haven't found any in stores around me (western ma) Any thoughts are idea would be appreciated!

What does everyone think about taking biotin pills and or using biotin for shampoo and conditioner ? Does it help prevent hair loss? Is their anything else that might help with hair loss? I am freaking about losing my hair. Anyone have any advise?

I still feel really bloated and nausea has been bad. I don't mind the shakes, I just can't get the amount of shakes down without feeling yucky.

I am having a lot of trouble getting the shakes down. I have been eating popcycles and lemonade a lot easier than the shakes. Any ideas would be great. Thank u

I am day 3 days out from my gastric sleeve surgery and I am having a lot of trouble getting all gas in my stomach out. I am definitely bloated and it shows. Anyone have any ideas how to get the gas out?

Had anyone had a baby after having the sleeve surgery?

I have heard you have to wait 2 years to get pregnant, but what happens when you do get pregnant? Is it hard to lose the weight after having the baby? Looking for everyone's thoughts about pregnancy and having the sleeve surgery. Thanks!
