    It's been a while since I posted -

But photo 1 was Santa photos last year - I was sleeved in feb this year - almost 70kg down and feeling amazing !

Everyone is looking fantastic - love the support this brings me on here !

Much love and keep up the fantastic work all :)

You look AMAZING!!! Can I ask what you did in addition to the surgery? Working out? How / what you ate?

    Hey honey thank you :)

Umm cardio in spare time (gym is just not my thing) and being more active physically in my life - but nothing major :) I also work in a natural health clinic and have colon hydrotherapy to help my body detox (loosing all the weight quickly mean toxins in our system also from the fat cells) - I don't eat all the naughty fast foods and such and always try to pick the healthier things - sugar & artificial sweetener is practically cut from my diet :) hope that helps !

  3. Honestly- been doing everything like dr said- I don't eat until full and eating really slowly.

Also I work at a colon hydrotherapy clinic (in Australia) - has helped me clean out years of build up and allowing my body to 'start fresh' if that makes sense :)

Started to become really active in my life - ️doing more active things I enjoy rather then 'exercise' :)

Hope that helps and thank you both:)

I have my 1st Colonic scheduled this weekend how frequently do you do this?

I get them done every week or two but that's because I have access to them and I love how I feel after - but talk to your therapist and ask how often you should get them done :)

Thank you- how are you going ?

    I had mine on feb 10 2015

No children my way. (Maybe why bouncing back a little different to those who have had children?)

Honestly I have been avoiding the foods I shouldn't as well as I work in natural health colon hydrotherapy clinic and the colonic treatments have helped me pass the toxins in my colon (from operation I got sick) so ️doing that and exercising is where I'm at with it - I'm sure my tummy wouldn't of bounced back as quick without detoxing at the same time :)

    I hope that helps?:)
