  1. Hi fellow friends, So I'm 11weeks today , 56 pounds down! Awesome right?! Well, I'm concerned. I'm not eating properly , not taking vitamins, and I'm disgusted with the protein shakes. I do eat lentil and split pea soup every day for lunch, I can each Mash potatoes , chicken, Greek yogurt and sf jello and that's about it! How sad. Eggs and tuna didn't sit well. What suggestions do you have for me as car as to wha I should be eating at this opino. I feel great, but I know I'm not getting in all my nutrients. Thanks buddies

    Hair falling out/ loose skin?

Hi all , I'm 7 weeks post op and I was just wondering for those taking Biotin, are they chewables? I have only seen them in caplets and I am under the impression we are not allowed to swallow whole pills. Please tell me if they are chewables and what brand. I would love to start taking Biotin. My hair is still very healthy and I would love to maintain it that way . Thank you

    Just curious

I had the gastric bypass last month, Jan 16 and I have 6 incisions.
  4. I had my surgery Jan 16. It went very well. No pain, except for what every has mentioned... Gas pains. Which get better with time and walking helps a lot. I'm a little over three weeks and I'm soon tired of puréed foods!! I know for sure I'm not drinking as much liquids as I should , nor enough protein either. I'm just not hungry at all. The irony , eating is what got me to here in the First place! Lol. How is everyone doing with the eating process so far? On Wednesday, I see my doc and hopefully he'll move me to the next stage.
