I googled it and it doesn't look like you can. If you go to the army mobile website and type in Weight loss surgery there was a couple people that were denied.

You can always go to a recruiter and ask though

I'm the same! Haven't had a period since April 10th. Luckily I have my annual appt with my obgyn next Tuesday.....my luck I'll start Monday lol

Mine has disappeared! My last one started April 10th, I was sleeved April 23rd and nothing since.

I'm not looking forward to my next bm. I've only had one since surgery and I'm 9 days out. It was extremely painful. Not sure what I can take for it this early but considering coffee

I used stool softeners. They worked wonders!

My kids are younger 7,6 &3. I didn't tell them anything before and they honestly didn't notice that I was eating/drinking differently. When I got home though my oldest noticed something was up so I told them that the dr went in and fixed my tummy. They accepted that with no other questions.

15 lbs in the 2 weeks pre-op, 33 in the 5 weeks since

I def did not have diarrhea! Completely the opposite and had to take stool softeners.

Have you tried fish? Or It sounds weird but pork sits better in my stomach that chicken does.

I lost 15 lbs on my 2 week liquid pre-op diet. I was allowed 5-6 Protein Shakes and Clear Liquids.< /p>

Just wondering how everyone is doing and where they are right now after a week of the surgery?

Hi, I was sleeved the 23rd. I went home the next morning and have been ok. I am still taking pain pills and get tired really easy but am walking around. food wise I had like 1 1/2 Protein shakes today and like 3 cups of clear fluids but it takes a long time.

Was sleeved Thursday, so finally lost all of the hospital Fluid weight plus a little more!!!

I've got my iv in and waiting to go back!!!!
