  1. It took 35+ lbs for me to go down a size but then it started going faster. I have lost 86 lbs and have gone from a 28 to a tight 18 in jeans.

Another thing could be your shape. I'm an equal opportunity fatty but have big arms and a small chest so while I can fit into smaller t-shirts if the fabric doesn't stretch the arms won't fit

  2. I'm 5'10 and down 76 lbs! Today is my 5 month surgiversary lol

Sorry about the pics...my 8 year old took them

Awesome job!! Can I ask what your weight loss looked like as far as how much you lost when? I'm 6 weeks out and down about 30 pounds. I feel like I'm slower on losing them most. Suggestions?

Ok so on pre op diet I lost 15 lbs and since Mid July I have lost about 20 lbs. the weight in the middle is hard to say exactly because my scale had to be replaced in July and my new one(same brand) showed me gain 20.....which I then went and compared to my dr scale....and it was correct which totally sucked!

So I lost 40 lbs or so pretty evenly over the 1st 3 months?

    Sorry if this is confusing

  3. It took about 35-40 lbs for people that really know me to start commenting.

Funny story though. I am on a carnival committee for my kids school that I've done for the last 4 years and so deal with a lot of the same people each year. I have gotten tons of comments about "my new haircut" which is exactly the same as last year lol. I'm guessing the losing 75 lbs since April has helped my hair style look better ????

  4. If I knew I was going to be getting pregnant after weight loss surgery I would hold off on the skin surgery. If you don't you will be stretching out the tight(but already stretched before) skin and might need to do it again.

    Just my opinion though
