Most days I have cottage cheese. I've tried cereal but I just don't feel good after eating it. Other standards are a Protein Shake or greek yogurt. I have slways been a breakfast eater. I am certainly not proud of the crap I used to eat for breakfast.

Hello! I am so cal kp as well. My Options classes were at Fontana and RNY bypass on 6/25/15 at St Bernadine. From what I have seen on BP each location is different. I'm sure all the programs are as good as the others. Just different opinions of what works best.

I'm fine with foods from the mushy stage, tonight i had chicken breast cooked in the crockpot with canned gravy and cooked mixed veggies. It was soft and chewed well. Still feel that pressure. Definitely stops me from overeating. I just feel like i should be able to eat regular food by now.

I'm four months out and solid food still is uncomfortable to eat. I'm not overeating. The feeling passes after about an hour and many burps. I'm trying to not swallow air. Is this the way it is going to be? Any suggestions?

Warning on the Quest chips.....buy only one bag. I found them to be terrible. There is a thread on here and it seems a lot of people feel the same

It is better for your recovery to be as healthy as you can be before surgery. That means you should have a well rested body. Use the cpap . It isn't heroin you won't get addicted

Painful hiccups are normal at your stage. I wouldn't worry about it yet.

I've taken 80mg of prozac for many years.. I have had no problems after RNY. I thought I would have a problem with the capsule and that was ok too. Rny 6/25/15. Also they required clearance from my psychiatrist

I discovered that the fat free rosarita has hydrogenated fat in it. Check the ingredients. I bought the vegetarian instead

At two weeks i was still drinking shakes. tuna is probably going to take some time to move out of your pouch. If not better maybe you should call your Dr. If it is better i would take it easy on your pouch for a couple days. I ate half a bagel at 4 weeks. Took all day to feel better. I will not eat bagel again ki was miserable

Wish I read this before I spent $5 on two little bags today. I only tried the sour cream and onion and it was yucky. Wonder who i could give them to. Bet my dog won't eat them

I didn't get the full feeling until I got to the soft stage. I don't get physical hunger but sure do get head hunger. Not having foods I can't have in the house helps.

I suggest you research the symptoms of low magnesium.
