How many Oz of protein is ok to consume in one meal? I am comfortable with 2-4 without feeling ill. I am 8wks post op sleeve

No cath was needed for my sleeve I wasn't under enough plus being NPO you won't really produce much urine until after you have had IV fluid. just make sure you ask your surgeon if a cath is really necessary

So 2 mos sleeve post op 40lbs gone many more to go. How many oz of protein can I consume in one meal? So far I am only comfortable with about 2-4 oz is this ok ?

Hi I know good things take time. I don't want to fall back into old habits. I need to restart a gym routine. I find if I don't obsess so much over the amount of weight I am losing daily I feel better about my progress. I have lost 33lbs since my sleeve on 12/10 but I still have a good 50lbs left. Thank you for your kind words
