Hello. My name is Jo. I am 20 months post op and I've hit a stall. I got in the scale this morning and it was up 10 pounds from my lowest weight which was at the end of summer. I have started to want to eat all the time and not eat the healthiest. I got back on track today and think it went well. But has anyone else hit this same stall/gain? I'm feeling really discouraged that 10 pounds snuck up so easily and quickly. I'm terrified that if that 10 was so easy to gain back there could be more to come!! Help I would love your suggestions as to how to get my mind set back as well my old habits and stay on track. Thanks so much for taking the time to read this or reply
