  1. i read that but it doesn't give me any info on what we are supposed to post, what the goal is or anything. The first post may make sense to others who have already done a challenge but it's unclear for newbies. Or maybe just me lol.
  2. interesting! I took that med for years before surgery for reflux but haven't taken it since surgery. I'm hungry a lot too. I wonder if it's just acid and I should be taking my pills!
  3. If you're having surgery in February and would like to be added to our secret february 2015 vsg group please send me a message
  4. Is there a thread that explains about these challenges?
  5. oh wow don't even know how I missed that!!! Awesome!
  6. Add me to the crazy incision pain party. Doc says they stitch the big incision to the muscle and 30% of patients will experience this pain. Could last up to 2 months. Yay us. Boooo. Trying that massager trick!
  7. They're very high in carbs. I'm making a low carb version of them I found on Pinterest.
  8. About 60 ounces. But false alarm, I think the scale lied yesterday because today I'm down 12.
  9. I'm 38. And that is just since surgery.
  10. How is that even possible? 10 pounds of it came off overnight if my scale is to be believed. I did wake up completely drenched but still. That doesn't even seem realistic!
  11. I made it! I think the iv antibiotics wiped out whatever I had. I'm in a lot of pain and have a minor fever but from everything I've read this is normal.
  12. Doc wouldn't prescribe that stuff so I'll just have to tough it out until it stops cramping with every sip. Ugh! Today is day 4 and so far the worst.
  13. Just message me your Facebook link so i can friend you then I can add you
  14. Im drinking this now and it's not nearly as painful. Water and chicken broth both do it though.
  15. It's called feb 2015 vsgers but it's secret so you have to be added by one of us. If you message me your email I can invite you.
  16. I haven't had any reflux since he fixed my hernia on surgery day. Granted it's only day 3 but I'm choosing to hope and believe that it will never come back!
  17. I just messaged him. Wish the pharmacy did home deliveries lol. Will have to wait for hubby to get it for me after work.
  18. Nope never heard of those meds. What do the do?
  19. Yes it's secret so no one can ever even know you're in it except the members. Send me a message and I'll get you hooked in.
  20. Fyi we have a secret group on Facebook for February sleevers if any of you are interested
  21. Cream of wheat, sugar free pudding, Popsicles, sugar free yogurt.
  22. I'm on day 3. We have a secret Facebook group if you would like to join. It's just for February peeps.
  23. I don't recall ever having a thigh gap. I've always had thunder thighs. Is there anyone out there that's the same but ended up with a thigh gap?
  24. Is this normal? Every single swallow cramps me up something awful. I can feel it travel all the way down then BAM instant pain.
  25. i have PF bad too and can barely walk on it. I'm hoping that losing weight will help. I've already had one surgery on my foot and had another scheduled but canceled due to a quick opening for vsg. I also have always had bad thunder thighs. I'm actually going to post a question kind of similar.
