    Gastric sleeve revision?

Many options. Work with a nutritionist or get a life coach be your own cheerleader. I know the talk - a bit of bread or cake of... cause I am normal now right? Well no I am me and this body runs slow. for me it is logging every day and counting ounces of water. I do not always get it right but more times than not I am around 1100 calories with 60 g plus protien because that is where I do not gain. Life long for me
  3. Check out PS web sites. Binge watch TV and remember you get one chance to heal don’t pick up anything too heavy and follow your docs instructions. Protien promotes healing and stay hydrated. Do not get on the scale without thinking your way at least 10 pounds more - swelling is awful. The pain is intense and emotionally a roller coaster Yet we chose this. The extra nice to your hubby - I know mine did not choose PS

    HELOC for Plastics

I spaced out the procedures. Breast bum tummy and outer thighs then arms next inner thighs. Time off work will be close to 9 weeks I saved - set aside bonuses and tax refunds... not ruling out some face work but let me get years past the inner thigh lift. It has such a high complication rate it is frightening. Best to you.
  5. Agree - more than half your adult life is ahead of you. And even if it was less why not be comfortable? in my mid 40’s which I am claiming until 49 incidentally. PS was for me not about being a sex symbol but literally being comfortable in my own skin. A truckload of surgery is behind me and a thigh lift to go - I would not recommend doing any of it if it is not important to you because Recovery is a real pain. As for those people well they don’t live in your skin... my spouse was aware but that was it don’t need the judgment save myself the stress!

    Where am I going wrong?

It can be a slow but moving road. Bodies in pain or otherwise under attack want fat reserves. Very little research on WLS with Comoros conditions Know it has been done and one can choose not to be average. We are the exception

    Pcos and non existent periods

Congratulations on how far you have come. Research indicates some individuals skip their cycle during the first few months and then become regular again following rapid weight loss. This can be a confusing world wind for the body on the way to healthy.

Calling all vets- where are you

Kathy. Is life not sometimes.the worst? sending good vibes into the world for you. I promise if I knew what life would have me overcome and deal with I- would still do it all over again Every last thing. Still sometimes wonder - really God, my turn again. Anyways good kind thoughts coming your way🏎🏎🏎🏎🏎

    This is why....

Sideey well stated! Plus I added to the psychic weight and reduced expectations. I bought into that mound attracting bourse flies. I live and work in a very judgmental world where overweight is considered a pathology With weight loss I gave confidence to be more out there - more visible - and take more risks.

    ugggg cant get below 155

Being active was key for me. That last 25 lbs was a test of perseverance and dedication and a whole bunch of tenacity. Also my weight goes up then goes down. So I will weigh 125 then hit 129 before I see 122. Exchange first 2 numbers and that is how I leapfrog down. Best of luck you will be able to do this now get moving🏋🏻‍♀️🏊🏻‍♀️🚴‍♀️

    SUPPORT? or ENABLING?

I appreciate people support at times it almost becomes a overbearing. I would say enabling - that might be one way to describe it but flat out custodial is sometimes true. Agree look at the motivation as well as who benefits. A Mitzvah is a Mitzvah
  18. To fail something means you have played. Every sports team has not won a particular play a particular game or even a particular season. Yet they are still playing. We are playing this thing called life. If you are reading this then you are breathing living and winning. Still in the game. No one medical procedure defines ones whole existence. I am not a failure because I needed a filling in the tooth or a root canal or even a crown I have had cavities that crumbled. Intern I am not a success because of a root canal or WLS. It is way more complicated than that. Now broaden your sense of who you are - you are more than just WLS person and take a long hard look at who is on your team. Do you have a supportive coach? Do you have cheerleaders who celebrate each tiny success? Do you have a mentor or someone who’s been there done that? The sports teams practice all the time change the players all the time the coaches all the time and sometimes sit out a game or season. If your negative self talk and head trip is to nasty another player or the referee may call it. And yeah the egos are bigger and taller than the Empire State Building. Get a game plan and keep on playing. The fact that you are here says your playing.

Well you are almost a week into healing. Are drains out? How are you holding up?

    360 Lower Body Lift

For me it was stomach muscle repair and stomach side and bum skin removal and some fat placed to round my sagging bum. My bum. Had become an extension of my back less than flattering. Also some lipo around my outer thighs. The incision was a complete circle around the body hence 365. Also known as Lower body lift - LBL.

    Dating after surgery

Well I am not in the dating scene but it seems to me a date to be active - go cart riding, Canoeing kayaking, To an art museum, play, or and outdoor concert. One of my friends takes her day to sort food at the local food pantry as a value check I love the Bowling idea Because it does not put you alone in an isolated environment Since I do not want my relationship to be about eating and drinking I redefine what an date is with my spouse. have fun and be smart and safe.

    Bouldering/Wall Climbing Gym

Bouldering is on shorter walls with a less steep incline. Rock climbing or wall climbing involves a harness and rope. Having a partner to repel is generally necessary and less you self-belay. I took a five class series and it was totally fun It was a group class for those with no experience so they provided all equipment. I have been at goal for a bit but this is a sport where muscles actually get in the way if your tube bulky. There were many people in all different shapes and sizes that certainly were much better than me - annoyingly including small children. It is social and fun / give it a go!
