Hello everyone, just joined and this is my first post. Im 28 from Miami and just got sleeved on 01/21/15 making me 7days post op. Really excited even though the first 3 days it was really hard adapting myself to my new life. No pain from surgery thank god even though gas pains have been hard to get rid of,but every day it gets better. Im into my mushy foods phase and just trying to figure out how to get food in. My liquid goals are a work in progress and those Protein shakes are kicking me in the butt, thinking of adding fruit but dont know if i can have any at this stage. Happy to have found this page and getting lots of help from everyone's post. Anyways thats all for now.
