  1. I traveled at just 10 days and even though i felt great it did wear on me so early in the game. the long waits for check in and waiting on the plane then customs and baggage claimed i was just about drained when i arrived at my destination i did take a baggie full of snacks and jello which was ok clearing through security but its so much i lost my appetite and didnt eat at my time so i was also fatigued. It is possible but plan accordingly
  2. It all varies per dr mine allowed it. Just dont get used to sugar free creamsicles. I created a taste for it before and now my new tummy cant take the cream. Sugar free italian ice and fruitbars are good too

  8. Hello everyone, just joined and this is my first post. Im 28 from Miami and just got sleeved on 01/21/15 making me 7days post op. Really excited even though the first 3 days it was really hard adapting myself to my new life. No pain from surgery thank god even though gas pains have been hard to get rid of,but every day it gets better. Im into my mushy foods phase and just trying to figure out how to get food in. My liquid goals are a work in progress and those Protein shakes are kicking me in the butt, thinking of adding fruit but dont know if i can have any at this stage. Happy to have found this page and getting lots of help from everyone's post. Anyways thats all for now. Love, ~Yohana~
