I'm at the ER now getting scans done. It took 2 hours for the spasm to relax. Hoping they get it figured out soon

GingerLeAnna started following FitnessPal Nutrition Goals, Muscle spasms post op, Coworkers talking.. "she had something done" and and 2 others

I am 9 days post op and I have developed severe random pains/spasms under my left ribs and breast . Any idea what it could be?

Coworkers talking.. "she had something done"

Just let them talk. Before you know it, you will be smaller and people will forget you ever were bigger. Just try to keep your compsure. People are jealous of the results you have worked for. They will find any reason to try and cheapen your results. Just stay focused on who you are doing this for. And wait for the day that it is old news. -
So I was thinking about buying a piece of clothing as a visual reward/motivation to reach my goal weight. I don't want to buy a swimsuit as that will take more mental preparation on top of just losing weight. Did anyone else do this? Any ideas?

I am a fan of Cacique by Lane Bryant. I love their balconette bra

Shopping at Victoria's Secret? I would have NeVeR imaged it!

It's great when you can fit into VS...but...I don't think their bras support very well. I think I may return back to Lane Bryant for my bras. -
I bought a Hamilton Beach single serve blender for $15 on amazon that I keep in my desk at work. It works great and it's cheap.

My surgery is scheduled March 7th and I have become completely obsessed with thinking about the sleeve, researching the sleeve, digging through boards and blogs. It's like work, SLEEVE, school, SLEEVE, gym, SLEEVE, sleep, SLEEVE SLEEVE SLEEVE! I am so ready to begin this process that I started my pre-op diet early because I couldn't wait. Heaven help me I am obsessed.

I am trying to setup my FitnessPal Nutrition Goals and I am curios as to how many gram of protein, carbs, and fat we should be getting each day.
-
non-parishable foods/snacks during work?
GingerLeAnna replied to berkeleycurves's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Although I am still in pre-op but my main observation is you need more protein and make sure you are getting your water. -
So I have a question that I hope someone can answer. I have a lower BMI at 36.3. I have started my pre-op diet a bit early. I have read on boards about concerns of dropping below a 35 BMI. Is this due to insurance requirements, or will the surgeon not perform the surgery if you are below a 35?
