  1. I could see if it was in bad taste, but it was a honest question someone had.
  2. Today is day 7 for me on my pre-op diet. I'm down 10 pounds which is great but I do feel tired due to how strict it is. If need be I make sure to have some extra grilled chicken made. I figured a little extra Protein would help as long as its healthy. If you slip up, just brush yourself off and keep on trucking.
  3. Thanks all for the help and replies I really appreciate it!
  4. Thank you for your help. I think I will stick with the Centrum and Bariatric Advantage.
  5. My date is 1/30/15 and Im trying to get prepared and make sure I have everything I need. I have a question about chewable calcium citrate. When I went the pre-op class that said that you can't get the gummy ones but that is all I can find in stores locally. Are the Bariatric Advantage chewables acceptable? Also for multivitamin, is that and Centrum chewable enough? Any help is appreciated as this part is confusing me.

  8. I am having a hard time finding anything locally. I did find gummies, but was told not to get gummy ones at all. I wonder if the chewy bites are ok as they aren't gummy but not chewable tablets either.
  9. I go January 30th. I feel much better about the process after getting a lot of information at a required pre-op class. It answered a lot of questions.
