Today is day 7 for me on my pre-op diet. I'm down 10 pounds which is great but I do feel tired due to how strict it is. If need be I make sure to have some extra grilled chicken made. I figured a little extra Protein would help as long as its healthy.
If you slip up, just brush yourself off and keep on trucking.
My date is 1/30/15 and Im trying to get prepared and make sure I have everything I need. I have a question about chewable calcium citrate. When I went the pre-op class that said that you can't get the gummy ones but that is all I can find in stores locally. Are the Bariatric Advantage chewables acceptable? Also for multivitamin, is that and Centrum chewable enough? Any help is appreciated as this part is confusing me.

I am having a hard time finding anything locally. I did find gummies, but was told not to get gummy ones at all. I wonder if the chewy bites are ok as they aren't gummy but not chewable tablets either.
