      OMG, congratulations on your success!!! I am 6 days away!! I've done really well with pre-op...much better than anticipated. I hope I am as successful as you've been. I'm freaking out the closer I get to Monday, but it's an excited nervousness. I'll keep you posted. Keep up the good work!!

    Hubby & I hiked 9.5 miles...totally exhausted but wouldn't have been able to accomplish 95 lbs ago!

      What does your pre-op consist of? I have 2 weeks to go before I have to do the pre-op, but I am doing a pre-pre-op. So far today I've had 1 protein shake and 1 salad. Lots of water and unsweetened iced tea.

    Family is so supportive of my WLS we have all spent time grocery shopping for healthier food choices. We built a chicken coop and got four laying hens for fresh eggs and planted our garden for this year! It is great to have my family walking my journey with me instead of me doing it alone!
