    Thanks. I bought a supplement. But want real food too. My legs feel like I've ran marathons and my feet just tense and toes point in every direction as i wake up screaming. My hubby isn't getting much sleep either.

    Neutrogena hydro gel lotion daily or nightly. Light blue jar. Nivea cocoa butter for body. Love them

    I eat 5 saltines with peanut butter almost daily. Lost 82lbs since july 1.
  9. So i just had a small coffee cup of hot chocolate. Fair life fat free with no sigar add nesquick. Low calories low sugar. Nice treat.

    As of July 1 I'm down 70.6 pounds. 6 bags of clothes to donate. Amazing. 50 more pounds to go but feeling very positive about being able to accomplish this for the first time in my life.
