    At 4.5 ccs I've regained 7 lbs . Omg ! Going on vacation don't want to call for an emergency fill but geeze . About half the weight I lost is back

    Took a day, but a I can definitely feel restriction at 4.5 ccs. Now to correct the anxious eating to point of pain (Not sure what's got my nervous>)

    Going for second fill Friday. Right now only have 4 ccs. Could definitely use more restriction.

      Only was given .5 ccs. The nurse said something about the weather making people feel like it's too tight. I was like okay? I definitely feel tightness. Part of it could be this cough from sinus infection that's back. Either way my next fill isn't until April, b/c I'll be out of town the month of March .
