I’m hella picky my husband hates it and I got off Protein Shakes for awhile but I need to get back on them. Best milk chocolate Protein that aren’t gritty for picky butts like my self?I’m also juicing! I’m losing weight still but I’ve got to get better.

I had the sleeve done back in February 2014 with complications (leak, sepsis and hospitalised for 10 days.) ever since when I have bowl movements it’s mainly diarrhoea but not every time, I’ve always felt weak, sleepy and no energy just thought i was lazy lol. I eat healthy, exercise and I work 40+ hours for an EP. I ended up going to the ER last night due to chest pains and PVC’s they did some blood work and tests which came back saying I have Iron deficiency anemia, dyspnea and hypokalemia. Has anyone here had this happen?

I am currently at 175lbs and holding steady! Started at 260.

Okay I just started using my fitness pal a couple days ago. I definitely noticed I don't drink enough Water so I'll start that asap.

No starches, sugars, soda pretty much just meat, veggies and fruit is what I eat.

40 minutes of cardio daily.

I eat right and exercise daily.

I'm on the pill but I feel it's failed.

This past week I've been extremely tired and moody along with cramps and dizziness.

But my period is due the 1st so it's too early to tell.

Has anyone gotten pregnant on the pill?

That's what my doctor suggested! I'm going to try it!

Yeah it caused a lot of issues so I'm off it and I haven't had luck with other forms of birth control either.

My dr said no caffeine for 6 months but if I really wanted some coffee to have Decaf.< /p>

I'm 17 days post op and I had to be caffeine free a few days prior but I'm having the hardest time waking up in the mornings and I was wondering what you all do to help wake up in the am?
