Hey guys long time no chat, I haven't checked in w/ the MERRY LOSERS in awhile! I am doing well, going to get another fill on Friday. I ahve 4.5cc's in my 10cc band. I am doing ok..... you guys?

Ya... today is the first day I am wearing my Body Bugg.... I love it... But hate the food portion. It sucks! I like Calorie Counter, Diet Tracking, Food Journal, Nutrition Facts at The Daily Plate better.......

I see. I cannot wait to get my first fill. I have not gained yet because I have had will power to stay below 800 calories... it is getting hard though. I will remain strong just 4 weeks to go!

Through this Holiday season I have found some mushie food for me to munch on. But the problem with that is just serving myself a 1/2 a cup. My eyes are bigger than my stomach!

Happy Birthday!

I was pretty impressed with myself. I managed to lose a pound over Christams Eve and Christmas Day!

I walk alot, clean house, do what ever I can to be active. I just was banded Dec 14th so I cannot use my elliptical trainer yet. I am looking forward to that.... I have just been eating under 800 calories every day.

Ok here I go... next month on January 14th I will post a month later pics... to compare to ....

I did the same thing at our company X-mas party! I was eating potato salad, tuna cassarole, and meatballs and then afterwards I was like what the fu%$ was I thinking?!!?

I am freshly banded and have just read all your posts! Wow.... you have really come a long way. Congratulations!

So I will start the mushies soon.... I need ideas om what to eat! I want original ideas... I am loving the wackier the better! Suprise me - What do you all eat?!??

I was banded on December 14, 2007 - Friday and I am back to work... I was very ouchie the 3 days post op but once I stopped taking the pain medication I started to feel better. I didn't feel as dizzy or light headed. One Alieve gel cap kept my pain at bay. It is day 5 post op and I cannot wear a regular bra- which suck.... a sports bra does not quite support the twins... hahhaaaa... sorry, but it is true! I am living off Tomato Soup, drinkable yogurt, pudding cups and haven't ventured out into the world of mashed potatoes or pintos and cheese yet... any recommendations? I stupidly tried tuna fish yesterday morning - i do not know what came over me but i did... dumb! my stomach was saying "no no no" like amy winehouse after the first small bite... i could have done some major damage.... can someonce slap me?

my surgery is tommorrow yes...

Thank you all I am just so ANXIOUS! I have the "hungry horrors" as well... I feel the need to eat everything once before I can't ever again.

I guess my doctor must be strict because when he said 4 weeks of liquids after surgery I think he meant only liquids no mushies... I am all aboard if it makes me lose the weight - it will suck but it will not suck as bad of being overweight!

I am having my surgery on Friday.... yes, yes, yes!

No ... my doctor said to be on clear liquids for 4 weeks after surgery also! I am going to do it - we will lose a lot of weight! Do it!
