  1. That's always a worry for everyone. Eat in moderation and watch what you eat. This is the time to make things right so we don't return to where we were with our weight
  2. I had a gastric sleeve.
  3. I followed my doctors guide for food. Drank proteins shakes and no sugar added Pops when I wanted a treat. Also made a lot of turkey chili and all vegetables chili with a lot beans for protein . Of course a lot of walking. I just started the gym last week to tone up now.
  4. CONGRATULATIONS on your incredible journey. I'm 4 months post op and have lost around 110lbs. Feels great to walk and move around pain free. Great to be able to situp on my bed. Enjoy and continue moving forward

  7. Most important is water and G2 or crystal lite drinks. Don't forget the walking / exercise.
  8. Thank you. My daily routine changes so I don't get bored with the food. Bfkt- egg whites Toast Protein shake Morning / afternoon snack sugar free pudding Jello Homemade granola bars Sugar free frozen pops lunch / dinner Homemade chili Eggplant Grilled chicken Chicken salad Tuna salad
  9. It may be too early after 4 weeks for watermelon. I started having watermelon after I started having real good again. Thankfully I heal very fast but everyone is different. Did you Dr give you guidelines to follow concerning food to eat and not to eat during the first 2 months? Next week make 12 weeks post op and I'm down 81lbs so far
