Congrats to all.- Nervous about surgery
I know the feeling well of being a big beer drinker myself and especially watching it football and drinking eating with friends. Unfortunately some of my friends couldn't handle me having surgery and started making comments so I had to cut ties with a few of them. It's a hard decision but at the end of the day the only person that cares about you is the the person in the mirror. We all have to make hard choices but the end result is worth it. I added a pic to show my progress.- Starting liquid diet tomorrow, any tips?
My only advice is to keep focused and avoid situations that people will be eating around you.- Recovery question
- Recovery question
You need to rest and at the same time keep moving around the most you can. Everyone is different so you may deal w fatigue or others issues. Be careful with sitting all day working and not getting the things done to properly heal from surgery. I had mine on 5/2015 and I dealt with slot of fatigue I was out for 6 weeks from work.- Pre-op Friends -- What did you eat today?

Hi. It's normal to wonder if it's the right decision. I know I did the same for a few months. I was scared since I never been in a hospital for anything and the thought of a surgery that was going to change my body. But it was definitely the best decision I've ever made in my life. I was sleeved on 5/29/15. I'm from NYC . I added a recent pic so you can see the changes. Hope to chat again.- Where Yas From?
