  3. It's unfortunate you're dealing with an issue like that. You can still cook for him but don't lose focus of your goal . I'm the cook in my house and I was enjoying my time cooking knowing it was bringing a smile to their faces but I never lost focus of my goal. Here a recent pic. Hopefully it inspires.
  4. I was sleeved at NY Presbyterian in Manhattan on 5/29/15
  5. I definitely know how you're feeling. I was sleeved 5/29/15 and I didn't sleep the last 2 weeks before surgery since I have never been to a hospital setting. I was excited and scared. It was s new opportunity to change my bad habits. I followed all of my pre op and post op diets to the letter and I'm still amazed of the results. My SW 320 CW 200 GW 190. If you have any questions feel free to ask away. 1st pic is 3 weeks before surgery, the last 2 are from thanksgiving and Christmas

  9. Congratulations to all on your weight loss. This is the best Christmas gift to give ourselves. I had surgery on 5/29/15 SW 320 CW 200 GW 190. ( I been stuck at 200 for a few months now but doing a lot of weightlifting. ).
  10. Basically followed the diet my doctor provided and just tweaked it a bit. Granola bars have become my replacement for a snickers bar. I may have a spoon or two of rice and pasta about once a month but that's it. I don't miss it at all. I have seen a big difference in my skin since I started the gym. I'm definitely getting toned. Pictures are from this past week.
  11. Look amazing congrats
  12. Congratulations on your weight loss. Great job. How long did it take you to get to your current weight?
