Hi. What type of pains & location?

I used the muscle milk with 40grams of protein. It's about $4.50 a bottle but compare that to the cost of food during the day. They have a few great flavors. I didn't complain as long as it got approved. I would have gone to more visits lol

I'm in Manhattan. Had surgery at NYPRESBYTERIAN It was 4 months for approval and monthly weigh in with my PCP. Psyche evaluation, sleep study.

Hello. Hope you're all doing well. I was sleeved on 5/29/15.

I been using a multivitamin patch from patchmd.com. I wear it all day. It cost $20 for a 30 day supply. As per my surgeon it's working great for me. The only thing I get is a b/12 injection monthly.

That's great. I recovered well but dealt with fatigue after the first week. I couldn't walk longer than 10 mins but it increased gradually.

Try to start slowly exercising. It will help. I started the gym 4 months after surgery and I can't believe how much it has helped define my results. I added a pic for you to see
