Looking for a buddy

Hi everyone! I'm from Missouri and just got my sleeve done 12-14 and would love to have a mentor that's already gone thru this process or a buddy that just got sleeved!

    I'm doing okay, I can't keep the protein shake down. I just tried some yogurt with 12g of protein in it and my sleeve did not agree. How about you?

    Hi! I'm new to bariatric pal and I was sleeved 12/2, so I'm a few weeks ahead. So if you want to compare notes or ask me about the days ahead I'd be happy to chat with you! I also live in Missouri. Hope you're keeping dry, cause thank God I don't live near the flooded areas.
