    I have also hit several plateaus! Very common. I've gone a month only losing 2-4 pounds or staying steady. It's frustrating but weight comes off in waves. My doctor recommended doing a week of liquids again. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

    I am new to this forum and just celebrated 8 weeks post-op! I am both happy with my weight loss (30 pounds so far) and impatient at the same time. Can anyone else relate? Now that I can eat more normal foods again I am probably not getting as much Water as my body needs but I am able to hit 50-60 grams of Protein each day. I have been hesitant to start exercising because I still feel heavy and awkward... But I know it's time! Looking for some moral support and accountability- which is why I am here! :-) Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
