  1. @@mochax have you continued to loose weight though? My biggest fear is that it will just stop.
  2. Hey all! So I'm about 2 month out and have lost almost thirty pounds- but I am falling back into some bad habits. I don't have trouble eating anything- sweet, spicy, salty whatever it is, I can eat it. Honestly, I kind of wish I did have/feel more restriction because sometimes I just pop things in my mouth and there is no instant consequence except for guilt. Need some motivation and advice to get out of this slump. I did this surgery for a reason and I seem to have gotten sidetracked. Any advice for those who have fallen off the horse?
  3. I am sad to say that I am three weeks out and already at a stall. I cant believe this! Is it normal to be at a stall so early in the game?! I have lost 15 lbs so far but was hoping to hit the 20 mark before the end of my first month. Help! What do I do?!
  4. @@swimbikerun Thankfully havent experienced dumping yet, I thought that was a side effect that was more common with bypass?
  5. So today I was at work and I did something I really should have... My good friend who I hadn't seen in a while came by and brought the office a platter of edible arrangements. I stupidly, without thinking, popped a chocolate covered piece of banana in my mouth. I am only two weeks out after being sleeved and have only just started eating pureed foods.. I don't feel sick or anything, but I'm kind of scared! Will I gain weight now?! Anyone else make a mistake early on in the game with food they shouldn't have had? I also feel like I can tolerate a lot of foods that other people wouldn't be able to. Old habits die hard..
  6. Hey all! I am one week and two days out, I had the sleeve surgery. I am still on the liquid diet and I have read from others that they get full of of two spoons of food... I don't exactly feel like this is the case for me. I can have a small amounts of food but I am not getting that 'I am so full I will throw up feeling". Is that normal? Did anyone else feel like they could take in more than they think they could? I am really scared this will hinder my weight loss. I have lost ten pounds during this first week and can't wait for more to come! Thanks!
