My surgery is Feb. 27th with ALM and Dr. Elias Ortiz. I'm very excited and nervous. I've done my research and i'm ready. Now just playing the waiting game.

Dr Fernando Garcia with Ready 4 a Change. $4400. Absolutely wonderful experience. No major pain at all. Been very lucky.

You should be able to get another copy of your birth certificate from your local health department.

Had a great experience with him. He was kind, attentive, and answered all my questions and concerns pre and post op.Puerta Vallarta was beautiful and my surgery was a success(Sleeved October 22nd, down total of 44lbs)
