Got my VSG on 12/23 and going through the normal gas issues while I chug along my two week full liquid diet. I'm actually nervous to eat food again! I want to make a lifestyle change and not just eat the same way I ate before. Not sure which direction to go... Any recommendations on eating philosophies?
