  1. It took my insurance about a month to approve my revision I have anthem blue cross blue shield
  2. Yes so far but it was a little harder this time just cause of the gas they use to blow up your stomach that pressure hurt.. but walking helped alot
  3. @cheetapride I only get hungry in the morning after I wake up or if I don't eat enough protein so far it's been ok. Slow process I had my revision on Dec 18th and I've lost 16lbs
  4. @@mermaiddreams I'm 10 days post op I just started them today. I didn't have any issues but I took them 1 at a time waiting a little bit in between and I'm only doing 2 a day for now
  5. I'm using Doterra's life long vitality all the vitamins needed plus fish oil no other suppliments needed
  6. I'm not eating solid food.. I said soups, yogurt, applesauce. My Dr allows what they calls a slip & slide diet. Anything that easily slips through a funnel is ok
  7. I had my band place 6/2006 just had the revision done 7 days ago. no pain but the gas pressure was unreal. You don't get that with the band. I was walking laps with the band the sleeve had me bed ridden because of the gas but the only way to relieve it was to walk. No problems with scar tissue but my surgeon wasn't able to use my previous incisions so I have 5 more lol. I'm down 12 lbs so far. Definitely free from being STUCK!! first time in 8 years I can eat scrambled eggs
  8. No antacids been getting the water in just not the protein so I'm assuming that's part of the tiredness. Per my nutritionist no vitamins til week 3 but I am taking a probiotic. Just worried about energy levels with having a 3 yr old
  9. Hello All I'm 7 days Post op and I'm fighting my cravings. I still feel like I can eat way more then I'm supposed to and I'm scared. I've been able to eat about 6 ounces of soup and yogurt and apple sauce. My nutritionist says 4-6 ounces but I don't get that full feeling I just stop causr I know I'm supposed to. And I can't seem to regain my strength. I get tired very easy. Any suggestions are appreciated
