  1. Mrsanniemac - so many of the same things going on. I feel like I'm dragging the last few days and I, too, am freezing all the time! Tomorrow is my big day to add more foods. I'll also weigh-in. I'm anxious to see where I am. My scale stops at 299 lbs. I'm so excited that it will soon register me again ???? I love having someone who is in the same spot to check in with! I'll update tomorrow.
  2. Maggie - that's amazing! Well done and I appreciate the words of encouragement.
  3. Hello - so far my recovery has gone really well. I've been more sleepy this week but I think that diving back into work and life is the explanation for that. I have a long, long ways to go and would love to connect with some other folks who are in the same spot on this journey. I have my next class on Monday and I'll get to advance to more food choices. Which is good. I'm not necessarily having cravings or experiencing hunger, it just seems to get boring eating cottage cheese, drinking Protein shakes, pudding, hummus, etc. I'm excited to have real food and I think those first few swallows might be kind of terrifying. We'll see! So far I haven't had any naseau or dumping and I'm hoping this is a good sign of things to come. Trying to be patient, continuing to heal, and just looking forward to what the next year will bring. This is my first post so I'm not sure what all will show up but here's my basic stats. SW 329, GW 165 (that seems so far away!). Looking forward to getting to know more folks on here! Happy holidays, Maureen
