  7. Thanks everyone I've only lost 7 lbs and I'm doing everything right just sad that my scale just isn't moving! I'm looking forward to it moving again and altho the weight hasn't budged I'm noticing my belly is shrinking and my panties are getting loose lol
  8. I've only lost 7 lbs since 2/25 when I was sleeved I thought I was having it hard but if your losing a lb a day wow that's a lot
  9. Update lol the eggs go down well but one fills me real good two is to much and I scramble them also with a bit of low fat cheese yum but that's about all I can tolerate at this point
  10. I've only lost 7 lbs since I had surgery on feb 25 and I'm so depressed about it I don't understand why since I'm not eating and only drinking protein shakes and yogurts

  12. I was sleeved 2/25 and altho at first getting my liquids in was hard I now get about two premier shakes a day to get my 60g of protein and I get water in, I've tried scrambled eggs and everything goes in fine and altho in small portions I feel like I'm not losing weight! The scale hasn't budged in a few days and it's weird because I only get 320 calories a day!

  20. I absolutely agree protein is the most important I to am 7 days out and I get my Premier Protein in 2 a day and then I get my water in! I tolerate it quite well, I know when I feel full but I have tons of energy! I also take a chewable multi vit twice a day!
  21. I was sleeved 2/25 and I was on clear liquids for the first day but they served me protein shakes at the hospital on day two and now I'm on protein shakes at home along with water of course and I start my purred on Monday the 9
  22. We can still enjoy alcohol after surgery!
  23. My nut doesn't worry about the amount of calories she wants me to focus on protein and getting that in along with the greens! Just stay away from carbs and it won't matter how many calories
