The "dreaded 3 week stall"! Mine lasted 2 1/2 weeks. Not everyone is the same, though.

I am right there with you. I am starting my third week and my weight has not budged an bit. I put away my scale and will not weigh myself until my follow-up with the surgeon on the 26th. I hope this will keep me from getting discouraged. I know this will break at some point. I am writing down everything I eat. I get between 800 and 1000 calories a day. I ride my bike at least 45 minutes 6 days a week. There is no way my body can maintain 238 pounds forever. It will break at some point.

I am in my fourth week and have not lost anything in over a week. It is so frustrating and I am getting very down about it. I am doing everything I should be but the weight is just not budging!

I just had surgery 1.5 weeks ago, but I dread hitting a stall. I know it's normal and requires patience and all that... Still I really would like to avoid or shorten them. Before surgery I would take organic yacon syrup a few times a day and it has helped me break stalls in the past. Has anyone tried this after vsg?
