So Sunday I started my pre op. It's not easy, but it's not hard either. I'm drinking, so far, 3/4 of a gallon of Water per day. I am sticking to the Protein Shakes drinks twice daily and the one no carb meal. Now I'm at work and oh lawd, my coworkers lunch smells soooooo good. Thank god for Isopure and Syntrax.< /p>
