I do have an appointment seminar wise January 12th with carolina's medical center people. It's not at hospital though. And I noticed the same web page pop up when I looked your guy up..

I'm so appreciative of your information, I'm still at the very beginning of this process and haven't even met with him yet.. My appointment with him isn't until February 6th ???? I'd really love to get in sooner but he's booked.. I'm taking that as a good sign lol.. I'll have to check your guy out and see if maybe I could get in sooner.. One convenience is I could do the seminar online.. I have a busy schedule with a 4yr old son and running my small salon business.. So that was super nice to just be able to make an appointment with him.. Does your doc have online seminar?

Has anybody received their bypass from Dr Voellinger in Charlotte NC? If so what was your experience like? And how successful was your pre/post journey? Thanks in advance

Good luck with your surgery Thursday ???? and I sure hope my doc gives me the same directions lol . The whole liquid diet thing for two and three weeks before is very intimidating ???? grant it, I know after surgery it'll be like that for a bit, but with procedure done I won't be hungry lol

I sure hope this isn't a typical response from psych docs with this process!!!! Do you have to tell these docs what you are there for for them to give correct response? Good luck to you in getting your papers ????????

I'm Jaysen, hi everyone!!!! So glad to have found this forum as I begin this change in my life.. I'm waiting to get my new ID card from my new BCBS insurance company, so nothing in the works yet with a plan on getting skinny LOL the surgeons first available appointment isn't until February 6th so I guess I'll just keep reading all of your trials and tribulations ???? I'm definitely reading tons and researching all I can find. Any advice that can be given please feel free to give ???? I really appreciate it.. Question- someone I know who's in her 2 year of having had RNY mentioned to me that I should act like everything is fine in psych evaluation, so I don't have to go through any major appointments with them. Now I know I've got to tell the truth and let the Doctors do their jobs with evaluation, but does anyone wish they'd said or done anything different to make surgery happen faster? If even possible of course.. I guess ultimately I don't need to skip over anything cause I obviously need the help!!!!

And by the way I'm so new here I don't even know how to friend anyone on here so if you can school me I'd be appreciative ????

I know there were some revisions made with BCBS of North Carolina earlier this year so I'm not sure how current this info on the Google search was!! Paperwork should be here next week sometime!!!
