    I've exceeded the goal weight that my insurance company required me to lose, I still have 3 more months to go within my 12 month weight management requirement, I'm praying that I am able to maintain and keep this weight off without gaining any of it back!

    You are doing a great job because you are on the downward scale of losing! Everyone is different so you can't compare your weight loss to others. Just keep moving, eating right and staying focus on your own personal journey !!!!

    Wow, I am shocked to hear of these fast turn-arounds from insurance companies. I have CHP/STATE Insurance and I'm required to do a 12 month weightloss management program with my Bariatric doctor and lose 10% of my starting body weight which was 34 lbs for me; I am in month 9 and have lost 38 lbs. I sure hope that my insurance company moves as fast as you alls! Encouraging!
