  2. @@OutsideMatchInside I had stopped logging my food for a while and just focused on "mindful eating". As of July 1st, I've started back logging, weighing daily and trying my best to get in at least 60 grams of Protein daily. I'm on the right track and am hoping this stall break soon! Thanks for response!
  3. I just had my gastric sleeve done on 4/20/15 and it took 1 1/2 hours.
  4. The average weight lost from the gastric sleeve is 1-2 pounds per week, so you are doing well! Stay positive!!!
  5. I just had my consultation with my surgeon yesterday, Doctor Crooms of Tallahassee, FL, and he stated to me that the normal weight loss from the Gastric Sleeve surgery is about 1-2 pounds per week. So you are right on track! Keep up the Great work!!!
  6. I had my first appointment with my Surgeon and all went well. I should have a surgery date within 2 weeks and I am so happy!!!!:wub:

  8. I can't eat a lot of sweets because of my Pre-Diabetic state; however when I do need to sweeten something I use Raw Honey and Sugar in the Raw. Good luck!
