  1. I have 12 months of pre-surgery requirements and at first I thought that this length of time was extremely too long and that I wasn't going to succeed. I am currently in month 10, I have exceeded the requirements of my insurance company and I feel great! I had to come to the realization that 12 months compared to being slimmer and healthier for the rest of my life doesn't even compare! Always look at the glass being halfway full and never halfway empty!
  2. Have patience with the reality that EVERYTHING happens for a reason. :-)
  3. Well said and illustrated, Thank you!
  4. You are doing a great job because you are on the downward scale of losing! Everyone is different so you can't compare your weight loss to others. Just keep moving, eating right and staying focus on your own personal journey !!!!
  5. Wow, I am shocked to hear of these fast turn-arounds from insurance companies. I have CHP/STATE Insurance and I'm required to do a 12 month weightloss management program with my Bariatric doctor and lose 10% of my starting body weight which was 34 lbs for me; I am in month 9 and have lost 38 lbs. I sure hope that my insurance company moves as fast as you alls! Encouraging!
