5'8 Id like to be between 160-150

Im 7 weeks out and only go once 5-7 days, I'm trying milk of magnesia but I find it gives me bad cramps, I only take a teaspoon but doesn't work if I take one and a half nothing. I took two and bad stomach pains. Anyone els know what els I can do ??? I also have all my protein and try to increase my fiber, also I have IBS so don't know if that has anything to do with it HELP !!!

'm 3 days post-op doing well, I just wanted to know if it's normal that I'm thirsty I been drinking a lot of water and crystal light which I water down ( I take small sips) also another question once in awhile I feel pressure on the right side well it's kinda feels like pressure or tightening its only lasts a few seconds. Also feels like it growls even if im not hungry ? Any advice ????

Also my stomach growls even if I'm not hungry, it's hurts just a lil when it does that ???

Second day on my pre op not so bad only because I'm not on an all liquid diet thank god lol , surgery date is January 10 getting close

@@sweetgagrl00 everyone has a different pre op I noticed someone have all liquid pre op diet and some like myself have liquid and and certain food

@jbklmom I know how you feel , I drink a lot of water especially while I eat. Lol I'm actually pretty bad I stuff my face till I get really thirsty and then just chug down my water lol, we can do it we will get use it and completely forget these old habits ????????????????

Any one doing the pre - op diet with Beliteweight ???

HELP!!!! I just received my pre-op diet from BeLiteWeight, my coordinator is Joyce. I don't understand it at all between the pre -op diet and the fatty liver diet. I thought they would at least give an example. Every time I ask her questions she makes me feel like I'm bothering her. The way I feel now is angry and scared, scared because I'm spending this money and not getting all the information I'm asking. Don't know what to do. And I'm suppose to have surgery January 10th HELP PLEASE !!!

@@anaxila lol ya pretty much, I'm Just waiting for them to confirm my forms and then il be scheduled for the 10th. I'm going to Juarez so I would like to know how it is there. But most of all how it will feel and if it's everything u hoped it would be.
