At 5'10", and 198 pounds, it seems I have officially joined the ranks of the Cute Not one, but three handsome guys have told me I am looking great in the last 48 hours! This is rather exciting for this single lady who had all but given up on guys....best of all is I am feeling attractive again~ for the first time in 25 years :-)

Five days ago I got my blood pressure medication dose cut in HALF---and was told by my doctor I will be off it completely eventually! Woot! I have been on some kind of BP meds since about 1992. So I am feeling good today...
-
Four months out TOMORROW~ have lost 64 in that time! 91 since start of pre-op diet (in July 2014) and 105 from my most highest weight ever about a year ago. Still amazed at how I feel! Want to lose another 108 but surgeon will be satisfied if I lose another 68. Woop!
-
Feeling more energy and getting better sleep and I'm almost 4 months out. is the energy from dropping 90 pounds since last July or is it better nutrition? I dunno! Maybe both?
-
You aren't carrying 90 extra pounds around so you bet you have more energy! The first year I lost the weight I felt like I was walking on the moon (anti-gravity feeling). The nutrition certainly helps. If you want to feel something that's eye opening go to a store and pick up a couple of 30 pound dog food bags and try walking around the store. You won't believe you used to carry that around. I lost 130 pounds and I have a hard time carrying two 25 pound boxes of kitty litter in the house at the same time! Big time congrats!!

Thanks!! I've lost a total of 91 pounds since July---and 64 since surgery in September. It surely must be making a huge difference in how I feel, I know this in my mind, but it is still blowing me away! Looking forward to things getting even better as I want to lose another 108. Surgeon says another 68 and he'll consider my sleeve a huge success--but I want to lose 40 more than that. He says my goal is not unreasonable, just that the sleeve alone won't get me down that far. I'm ok with that---will just need to work harder at that point! But I haven't been at the weight I am at now in EIGHTEEN YEARS! Woop! :-)
