A mom of 3 and grandmother of 3. Love life but have struggled with weight all of my life. I was raised all over as my father was military. My parents divorced when I was 12. I turned to food for love, laughter, comfort and just because. I had gone through every weight loss plan and every fad diet there was/is prior to committing to RNY surgery. I'd loose some weight then binge, feel hopeless and give up. I was reborn via RNY on September 22, 2014 after realizing that my blood pressure was going up, my legs hurt and I now had 2 beautiful daughters that would be getting married next year that I wanted to be able to enjoy the festivities. I now wish I had not prolonged it so long as I feel the best I have ever felt or at least that I can remember.
