    I sure hope so. I haven't tried to jog yet but I'm thinking even with this cold weather I'm gonna bundle up tomorrow and go out and see if I can do a walk/jog if so I'm gonna focus on jogging more and more each day. I think my meals may be to small and not hitting the 800 calorie mark. Bc I'm at 3 meals a day but they are high protein meals and low fat like soft lean deli meats and low fat cheese and I only get 3 bites. I can eat a small whole pickle as long as I go very very slow.

    Well let me say this again before surgery in November I was 335, DAy of surgery I was 321.5 as of Sunday I am 311.5 so that right at 24.5 pounds total. But that's over a 2 month period

    Only 10 Pounds. :-/ which I don't understand bc I walk get my protein and water. Eat my 3 small meals and I still am stalled out already.

    What is your goal weight. Mine is between 135/145 Dr goal weight is 200 but I'm pushing for lower then that I didn't feel that was much of a goal.

    I'm in Arkansas. Yes I'm glad holidays are over for now. I am getting maybe 5 bites that are small down any more then that and my new stomach says nope I'm gonna pop.. So I stick to small bites. And I'm good for most of the day. Also finding I want something n then I get it and by time I get it I've done changed my mind.

    But I was Use to fixing a big plate and eating it all. But not this year it was ruff no sweets was a adjustments but not as bad as craving the other foods.

    Yes holidays sucked. I wanted so much to eat all the food like I use to. I was on soft food by then so I could blend the ham up. And I ate a bite of potato and a bite of green bean casserole n a bite of ham them 3 bite made me so full I thought I was going to puke. I had to take a nap after lol..

    I'm so glad I found this post. I'm 3 weeks out and I feel like a emotional wreck I don't know if I'm mad/happy/sad. It changes with the mins. It seems like. I can be watching ncis and cry for no reason. Be talking to my husband then get mad and not know why. Then I'm good. I told him it was worse then being prego for me with the hormones all over the place.

    I know its part of the process of eating less at each meal. I guess I just didn't get that two bites and I'd be full all day.. Do you ever get a pain in your chest if you eat or drink to fast. Its happened a few times I keep forgetting to ask if anyone else has had that? (Fibro makes me brain dead some days..) I bought a few baby foods yesterday along with yogurt.

    Are you eating okay? I'm having to force my self to eat then after eating I want to puke. I've been afraid to talk to anyone about it. I'm on soft foods and anything I've tried to eat us soft. But I still have to force it down.

    I loved it when I was smaller so I'm hoping I can get back into it. We have a friend with some horses who live just down the road from us so maybe when I lose a little more I can go visit and ride.

    Hot Lemon tea is my go to when I feel blah.. I also love green tea with some ginger and lemon in it. No sugar.. It give me a little pick me up. Also something I haven't done since I got big but would always down when I was smaller and down was go out horse back riding. Gosh I miss it. I can't wait to get back out there..

    Its okay. Mine are slow as well. I'm doing good except for this migraine brought in my allergies. Waiting for Tylenol to kick in.. Hoping between that n some sleep it will help..

    Also how do u ladies do your vitamin? Reason I ask is bc I saw someone say u had to take em a few hours apart? I only take the multi vitamin, b12 and the calcium d pills can they be all together or do I need to do them a few hours apart on each??

    Are u getting enough protein in as well? I know that helps with hair loss. I bought a few different kind of protein bottle to go today so I can get more in. I had big train fit mocha and it was making me gag to even drink it. I got vanilla so I can mix my greens in with it. Attached pic is what the greens are. More less its 8 servings of fruit and veggies per scope. So when I mix it with vanilla I get a dreamsicle and I got a strawberry flavor to. Hoping those help me since I was having trouble with mine.
