    I'm in dover and I called all over and they was only place I found that took that insurance and could get me in soon. Took like a week to get in.

    @@Whitney0787 there is a place in ft smith. I forget the name of them but they are the only one who takes that insurance who will do it.

    Yea what I'm leaning towards... just got my new protein in today.. nectar lemon tea. One scope has 23 grams of protein zero sugar.

    Our best friend who lives right down the road has some gym stuff I can co.e use so I don't have to go to a gym,has a bowflex,stationary bike and a few other things. So treadmill isn't really needed. I can make do without it by going there.

    Yea I have 3 things picked out just can't decided between them. Treadmill, getting nails done or redoing my peircings.

    O man that sounds good. Lol... I'm so past ready for something to eat that will not make me feel like I need to talk to the toliet. Turkey and chicken are the only meat so far that don't cause any issues but they have to be alone veggies have to be seperate. I feel like I can eat more then I should be though.. sometimes 2 or 3 bites is enough and I'm full other times it's about 6 bites and I'm full. I'm 2 months out and down 48 pounds. I'm trying to figure out what to do for my first 50 pound loss as a reward for all the hard work.

    Thanks girl it was so good and really the only thing that has set well for a few weeks. Chicken and turkey set okay but not much else. I needed something different

    I bought almond milk today in hopes that I can drink it.. and omg I got my butt chewed today over posting a pic of supper from a few friends who have had wls bc ot was fruit. They was like where your protein. Hello I drank it before hand been craving fruit so I subbed the protein for fruit but I had drank it about 30 to 40 mins before I ate so I could eat fruit.

    Becweaves that is awesome I bet you can make it... I just weighed tonight and I've lost some more weight. Most of mine has been since surgery maybe 5 pounds was preop so I'm pretty excited.. how is dairy with you are you able to handle it now?? It really don't set with me but I'm starting to be able to drink a little milk now.

    The big train fit mocha that I have now I add one scope of that one scope of sweet cream by body by via and one or two teaspoons of pb2 and you get a peanut butter cup. And since sweets are usually a no go from it causing dumpings if you can make your protein taste like a shake it will be a life savor. Leave the pb2 out and you have a choc shake.

    I think different nuts want or advise you to drink what they recommend. I was okay for a few different ones. Profit by it works, slim fast ones, premier protein, big train fit mocha. Just look at the sugar in it and try to keep it under 2 grams. Calories under 200 and protein as high as you can get it. I have heard that casien whey protein is good and keeps you full longer. I will be trying it soon.. The body fortress I have tried the strawberry flavor one before surgery when I worked with a trainer and just half a teaspoon add with it of strawberry syrup would make it taste like a strawberry shake with lots of strawberries. With out it n mixed with milk it was like strawberry milk but when I wanted the extra treat that would be my dessert with the teaspoon add to it with a little ice.

    I've heard of sugar free syrups used in them.. I would call and ask the nut or the Dr and see what they say

    I believe that 800 is what I was told to keep out of starvation mode.. Pickels are good if u chew them till they are like relish. Lol.. Taste buds do change.. And I eat organic free range brown eggs. They are good.. If u are working out. I would suggest a app that helps you count calories burned working out. And if u do work out add a few calories back to it.. Scrabbled eggs are good but I can't do them. They have to be boiled.. If you are on soft foods. And don't want to blend the food. Make sure u chew it until it is mushy..
