I was banded in 2007. Long story but didn't stick with the program for more than 12 months. Ready to commit to change, but I need help and support! Would love to connect!!!
Thank you so much for the support!!! Day 3 back on a lap band diet. Going well. I also started an exercise program in September (21 Day Fix) and have a coach. Working on doing this 100% this time. :-)
