    Part of the issue is accountability and the other part is identifying the issue and taking steps to address it. I'm 225 lbs and can't eat as much as you in one sitting. I think you need to address some addictive personality traits before you consider any revisions. You need to start small with making better choices when eating, and I do mean small adjustments at a time so it becomes sustainable over time. However soda and french fries should never be part of anyone's diet. You have to remember a point where it started to spiral out of control and you began to regain the weight. Go back to that point and identify what caused you to start making the bad choices you have been making when it comes to food selection. I know boredome and stress are big triggers for me. It's good you identified that your are beginning to derail now than later on down the road. Now it's time to put on your big girl pants and crack down on yourself and your daily intake. No amount of surgery is going to help you until you address the other issues making you eat badly.

    This topic touched me so much and made me both angry and sad all in one...The issue touched home so much with the topic of addiction, that I decided to address it in one of my new videos. I honestly hope nothing I said in this video offends the original poster in any way, Im honestly trying to help by sharing my experiences and give some advice,My intent is not to scold you.     Small goals are the way to go...Baby steps.

    weight training!!! Lifting weights!! LOL...It could be free weights or machines. If your uncomfortable at first watch a few videos on Youtube on how to lift weights properly.
    Focus on movements that incorporate a lot of muscle groups, like kettle bell swings, squats of any kind and core training.

    700 is dangerously low!!!! Seriously...Up it to 1200 and you'll break your stall and feel healthier.

    This is actually true, your body will store the energy you ingest in anticipation of not getting enough food in the future, like a hibernation mode of sorts. Now add in exercise and you will stunt your progress even further...The average female needs 1500 to 1800 calories a day in general and the average male 2000 to 2500 a day. Now when you exercise you need even more.

    The trick is to find the proper amount and type of calories for your body type and daily routine...

General fat burn advice, you should be able to hold a conversation while exercising, if you cant your pushing too close to cardio levels. shoot for a target heart rate of about 120 bpm, then maintain that for 20 to 30 mins. This will target fat burning with little muscle loss in the process.

Thank you, I was on the fence about posting this picture in an effort to not be looked at as vain or douchey, but I think the motivational factor Im trying to promote, outweighs that. And I must admit, it feels kinda good to be sexually harassed once again. :-) It's been a while...
