I had surgery on December 1. I've lost 22 lbs since surgery. I try to walk for at least 2 hours a day. Right now I'm just drinking water and protein drinks. I really don't have an appetite so I try to stay active. I do notice some days I may lose 2 pounds and then some days none at all. Just keep working and the weight will come off.
