  1. I have a lot of plexus water mix. With it being mostly vitamins, is it safe to drink? What about the accelerator pills??

  4. I'm a bigger boned lady, so I will never be small small and I don't want to be. I have never really looked big. Though I was a size 26/28. I was all hips and booty. Now I'm a size 22. My face has gotten smaller but not much, my chest has gotten smaller. My goal is to be 200 lbs

  10. I've lost friends. I've become more passionate about stuff I love. I was mouthy before. lol. but now Im not afraid. Idk what it is. Maybe its because I was the walking mat for so many years and now im changing myself. They didnt like it so I told them to kick rocks. I have more people in my corner than I thought.
  11. I wear a shaper under my clothes and shape leggings. I love them! I feel more like woman with them on. I didnt do the compression after surgery, I wish I did. I know it helps with the pain.
  12. get up and walk after surgery! I did that at the hospital, but not at home for a few weeks. I wish I would of, but I was afraid to hurt. Good luck! I had surgery oct 27, down 60 lbs. I would do it all over again in a heartbeat
  13. My hair has been coming out, but I have noticed when I have my protein for the day, or do more than I have been, its just normal. Regularly, we lose almost 100 hairs a day. However we're not regular anymore Mine isnt so much where I have to clean out that trap daily, but also I dont wash my hair daily. Keep up the good work!!
  14. @@tiffikitty, things have been great. Of course I've had my moments, but its just trial and error. Learning what I can have and cant is annoying, but Im working on it I am so energized and happy. Wouldnt trade this feeling for the world
  15. @@AmyC65, if she's doing it herself then moving her arms up and down might hurt. I do hair for a living and I didnt do anyone's hair till I was 6 weeks out. I did do my own right away. Just do what makes you feel comfortable.

  18. Tiffkitty, I have no problem with sweets. I don't get dumping syndrome at all. I crave chocolate, especially when its aroundnmy period. I just watch how much I eat
  19. @@brokenangel84 I had the same problem with protein. I found unflavored from isopure is amazing. You can out it with anything. I make yummy smoothies
