    I know four people who have been approved. It doesn't just depend on your insurance co and prescription plan but on each individual plan.

    I applied yesterday, waiting for surgeon office to call me back and confirm they sent the scripts in. I have BCBS Michigan / Medco.

    Anesthesiologist told me yesterday that it typically takes my surgeon around an hour, but since i'm having two hernias repaired, it would be 2-2.5 hours.
